Shipping & Returns

1. SHIPPING

1.1 Your order will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS unless a different carrier is requested. Please note that UPS & FedEx do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

1.2 We ship to the continental 48 U.S. States Only. For Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, the international shipping, please contact us.

1.3 Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process and ship your order from the date of receipt. If there are any delays or issues, we will notify you promptly.





2. RETURNS

2.1 You may return or exchange any goods ordered from us for any reason within 30 days of receipt, as outlined in clauses 2.1.a, 2.1.b, and 2.1.c. Please note that exceptions apply, as detailed in clauses 2.1.d and 2.1.e.

1. Returned or exchanged products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging goods.

3. Once we receive the returned goods, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs. If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement item after applying the 15% restocking fee and charging for the shipping.

4. Items you can't return or exchange: all the miniatures(tall ship, cruise ship, boat, yacht, case of model ships), all the cardboard cutout standups, and the wind chimes.

5. All sales of custom-ordered products are final and non-returnable.
