Shipping

As soon as we receive an order, we will usually process the order within 2 days.The item will be shipped out within 2 business days via DHL or Fedex GROUND (approx. 2-5 business days within 48 states). A tracking number will be provided after we ship out the item. All shipments are FULLY INSURED and we take care of all the hassles such as the claims (if applicable). Oversized items may be shipped by Freight. It's recommended to use a business address for the freight shipment to save time and money. If a buyer is in Alaska or Hawaii, or any other part of the world, please contact us for the exact shipping method.

Packing

All models are securely packed with foam sheets, peanuts or bubble wraps. All tall ships(expert level) are fully assembled and packed in an extremely secure wooden crate which is boxed and sometimes double boxed.

Return Policy

For any damaged or defective item, report it to us within 7 days of shipment's arrival. We will refund the full cost of item when replacement is unavailable, otherwise we will send another one to you.
