Trivia:

Currently the Dallas Mavericks' uniforms consist of midnight blue with royal blue, silver and white trim on the road uniforms, while the home uniforms consist of white with midnight blue, royal blue and silver trim. Beginning in the 2004-05 NBA season, they introduced the alternate green uniforms, similar to the Mavs '80s road uniforms. They are designed by rapper Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, and feature "Mavs" in the front side of the jersey with blue trim. Initially, the road uniform colors are royal blue with green and white trim during their expansion season of 1980-81, but was inverted to green with royal blue and white trim, which was their uniform standard during the 1980s. In the 1990s they reverted back to their first season road uniform scheme, with minor alterations in the "Dallas" script. For the first 21 years of the franchise their home uniform colors were white with royal blue and green trim, with a few alterations to the script "Mavericks" during the 1990s.
